Is Booking easy?
Yes, booking with Jumparty is simple and very easy. You can either book online, following the simple steps required or alternatively you can call us 07895 46 7070. You will be sent an automatic booking reservation email but please note that this does not guarantee a particular inflatable until you are contacted by a member of the Jumparty team with confirmation of your booking.
Do you deliver, set up, take down and collect any equipment?
Yes, and it's all included in the price. We will let you know in advance an estimated delivery time that is suitable for you. The inflatables can take anything from 15 to 30 minutes to set up and around 30 minutes to pack away. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire, any access restrictions, any cleaning required and sometimes the weather. We ask that if you intend to locate an
inflatable outside that the surface is relatively flat, free from stones/bricks
and any sharp objects. We reserve the right to refuse to set up if we feel that the intended
area is unsuitable.
When is Jumparty equipment available to hire?
Our equipment is available to hire seven days a week, including bank holidays.
Is there a time limit when hiring any equipment?
This is up to you. Any equipment hired whether it be a bouncy castle or inflatables is yours for the whole day even if your event only last a couple of hours. Our aim is to deliver and collect at a time that suits you.We start delivering from 8am, or earlier if required. The latest collection will be 8pm - unless you have requested an overnight hire (in these circumstances, you must ensure that there is enough light around the castle for the safety of its users). Please note that collection times may vary during the winter season- please contact us for details regarding this.
What do you need to provide?
You will only need access to a power supply. Our driver will bring all necessary equipment with them for your event. This will include the equipment itself that you have hired, ground sheets, safety mats, extension leads, circuit breakers and the inflation blower. We have extension leads up to 50m long (aproximately 164ft) - but please ensure that you inform us if you intend to place the equipment further away or there is no access to a power supply. A generator or petrol blower can be supplied at an extra cost if required.
Can staff be provided?
Staff can be provided at an extra cost for your
event. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required.
Can the equipment be inflated indoors?
Yes, most of our bouncy castles can be inflated indoors. We will provide specially designed ballast/sand bags to hold it down. You will just need to check the ceiling height of your venue, so we can recommend a suitable unit that will fit.
Can the equipment be set-up on a slope?
Unfortunately, due to health and safety requirements this is not possible. However, a slight slope may be OK, but you will need to discuss this with a member of the Jumparty staff prior to booking.
What about the weather?
Most of our bouncy castles have a built in shower cover/sun protector cover. No equipment however, should be used in heavy rain or and/or windy condition- due to safety reasons. We
as Jumparty Ltd, will not liable for any incidents that occur if you continue
to use the equipment in wet and windy conditions. If we perceive that the weather conditions on the day of your event are unsatisfactory (which may compromise the safety of its users), then we will call you and do our best to arrange an alternative date.
Is the equipment available to hire overnight?
We do not hire out children's castles overnight, as we have found in the past that adults tend to use them which, as much as we love 'big kids' to have just as much fun, it voids our insurance. We do however, hire out adult inflatable castles overnight and an extra charge will be added to the overall total of your event.
How to pay
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery. We DO NOT except cheques on the day of hire or on delivery of the equipment. All cheque payments must be received well in advance of the booking to allow sufficient time for the funds to clear. Alternatively, you can now book your event through PAYPAL via this website. However, bookings must be confirmed by Jumparty prior to payment being sent and a small charge will be applied for this service.
What is the cancellation procedure?
You can cancel at anytime. You must call us on 07895 46 7070 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking to receive a cancellation reference number. There will be no charge in advance, but cancellations made on the day of the event may be subject to a charge- without a reference number, 50% of the total hirers rate will be charged if we are on our way or have already arrived at the destination. If equipment has been set up 100% of the total hirers rate will be charged.
What insurance does Jumparty have?
We have Public Liability Insurance of up to £5 million, but it is important that the hirer appreciates what this means. PLI covers Jumparty against loss, damage or injury caused by faulty equipment. It DOES NOT protect against loss, damage or injury of its users caused through; negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the set-up after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur. As the hirer, you are responsible for your own safety.
